From the main menu, click Files > Teams
You will be brought to a screen that displays your existing teams.
To add a new team click on the plus icon
You will see a list of your existing teams on the left and information to fill out for your new team.
Route number – This number will auto populate.
Route type- Select what type of route this will be from the drop down list.
Description – Type the description of the team here.
Site – Select the site from the drop down list.
Employees- Select which employees will be included on this team.
Phone – Select the phone number to contact the team from the drop down(number populates from the employee contact)
Start time – Click on the little calendar to select a start time for the team.
Team color – You can select the team color
Text color – Select a text color
Active – Leave this box checked off if you want the team to be active.
Don’t forget to click the save icon in the top right.
To edit an existing team, click on the edit pencil
Everything will look the same as when you add a new team, the only difference is information will auto populate with what was already saved.
You will edit as needed and click save.
