Adding an Employee CLEO Log In

  1. From the main menu, click file and then Employees

  2. You will then see the employee list screen.mceclip0.png

  3. Search for the employee you want to give a CLEO login to and click the pencil next to their namemceclip1.png

  4. It will then open your employee screen.

  5. You need to open the Access Control Widget by clicking on the blue down arrow.mceclip2.png

  6. Assign them a username (typically these are first name.last name) and then check, this will confirm if that username is available.  Enter the password, making sure to include all the required fields.  The confirm the password.  If you want to be able to see the password you typed, you can click the show password button.  Add the employees position and click save.mceclip3.png
