Workflow Configuration

Workflow configuration


From the main menu select Settings > Workflow Configuration

You will see a list of prepopulated workflows. At the top there is a plus Icon to add additional custom workflows.


Next to the existing workflows you will an edit pencil Icon  to edit itmceclip1.png.


A Green play icon which will allow you to add the workflow to the Queue for processingmceclip2.png

Please note that you will need to first go to message templates to create a template to add to the workflow. There is a guide on Message templates in the knowledgebase.


Click on the plus icon to create a new workflow. A Workflow edit box will populate to the right.


Name: Name of your workflow.


Description: A description of the type of workflow.


Notification type: Select from a prepopulated list of what type of notification this is.


Message templates: Select the message template you created from the list.


Dynamic group: Select the group of people receiving this message.


Maximum duration of run: Leave this at 60


Recurring: Select this if you want this workflow sent out at a scheduled time.

Recurring


Runs between: Workflow will go out between the times you select.


Recurs: How frequent you want it to go out. You can select weekly, monthly, or yearly.


End: Place an end date if you don’t want this to continue endlessly.mceclip6.png
