CLEO – November 2021 Release Cliff Notes


Feature/Enhancements:



  • Reports

    • O2R Lead Nurture (Franchise) Lead Nurture CRM Grid- Round 1 Work

      • Current “revenue” will be relabeled to “Annualized Revenue” and would only include recurring cleans.

      • Additional column will be added called “Actual Revenue” that would include occasional cleans as well as recurring cleans that have been posted.

      • Customer column will be updated to create a hyperlink directly to the customer screen.

    • Dynamic Group Report

      • Allow offices to export a list of customers included in specific dynamic groups to be able to use in other back marketing activities

    • Invoice Report

      • Customer address.  custome rname would be FirstName LastName rather than LastName, FirstName.

        • Show Primary Lead Source and Secondary Source.

    • Audio Attachments

      • Ability to save audio attachments and play them from within CLEO. Would also need a new attachment type called “Audio”.

    • O2R Tweaks-Round 1

      • Name changed from Customer Value Report to O2R Customer Value Report

      • Default date range will be set to 13 weeks

      • Add customer number to the report

      • Show customer with first clean date before the occasional date

      • First recurring will display the first recurring job that happens on or after the occasional

      • Hyperlink customer name to their customer account

  • Workflows

    • Lead Automation- Auto Dead & Auto Start

      • Optional workflow that would auto dead lead if they have “ready for dead” next action associated with auto pursuing or auto unclosed. This would be automatically done nightly.

      • Allow offices to Auto Start workflows for leads after a certain amount of days.

      • opt in/opt out option for O2R processing in UDV Leads tab for the part related to flipping from customer to lead.

    • Messaging- Cleaning Address Tag

      • Tag would populate the address of the clean for next clean notifications.

Bug Fixes:



  • Route Schedule-Home Page

    • Correct issue where If you click on the logo in the upper left it will open duplicate tabs for whatever your home page is set to.



  • Customer Screen- Route Schedule

    • Correct issue of name disappearing from search



  • Financial Screens

    • CC Processing- Time Out Tokenizing – Part 2

      • Fix issue where first time an office tries tokenizing a CC it times out but works the second time trying.



    • Financial Screens- Route Activity/Customer Balance/Coupon Screen/Estimator App

      • Correct issue where inactive lead sources from coupon source field to be hidden.



    • Workflow-communications-Templates/Two Way Texting- Two Issues

      • Correct issue where first text message to a person for the first time shows as an alert and overlapping issue with the calendar and chat screen.



    • Calendar-Moving a estimate availabilty task

      • Correct the issue where moving an estimate availability task to a different date and time does not reset the availability.



    • Lead Screen- New Employee with Estimator role
