October 2022 Release Cliffs Notes

Feature/Enhancements:
1.   Service Estimate:

  • In the Service Estimate fix the logo so it's not pixelated and squashed. 

2.  Glossary initial updates for Reports – these will be updated over the next few months

  • Updated report definitions
  • First bullet includes the definable parameters
  • Green bullets include Calculations used in the report

3.  NEW REPORT: Dead Lead Detail Grid

  • New Report that Pulls the names of customers/leads that were made within a defined time frame.
  • Includes a hyper link to the customer/lead screen
  • Details of the report include Lead Status, Next Action and Next Action Date

4.  Lead Source Analysis Report Improvements

  • Improving Categorization of Lead Reports to Allow sorting by Customer, Lead, or both.

5.  Dashboard - Employee Off Widget Hide Inactive Employees

  • The Employee Off Dashboard widget will no longer show inactive employees.

6.  New Customer Screen Widget: Coupons & Gift Certificates

  • This widget will show you if a customer has a gift certificate or a coupon

7.  Employee Dates Widget: Last Date Worked

  • Added the ability to include a last day worked for your employees, to include an actual last day worked.

Bug Fixes:

1.  Customer/Lead/Employee Screens - Autodial calls showing in text logs tab

  • When 2-way texting is enabled, align the communication logs so that all texting is under the Text Log and all other communications (autodial and email) are under the Communication Log.

2.  Customer/Search/Calendar - Issue with displaying inactive addresses

  • Remove Inactive Addresses in Omni Search and in the Calendar Event dropdown.

3.  Customer/Lead Screen & Schedule - Font Size /Color Control in Text Editor

  • Reactivate the Font Size and Color Selectors on the Customer/Lead Screen in the Schedule module.

4.  Lead Management Grid - Initial Contact Date Lost

  • Fixed the loss of the initial contact date on the lead management grid when changing the status or next action.

5.  MAP Error

  • Fixed a search term that was causing an error when opening mapping in CLEO.

6.  Customer - Perm Cancel Contact Log Not Saving Employees

  • Restored the ability to save the employee’s name associated with a perm cancel in the contact log for that employee.

7.  End of Week

  • Remove Extra Lines from EOW Reports; Weekly Activity Statistics, Customer Lists, Employee Statistics, Royalty Report, that displayed as blanks when printing
  • Financial -> EOW Verification Screen: Employee Counts, Perm Cancellation Counts and Weekly Activity Items populating correctly
  • Remove decimal places in Cleans column on EOW report
  •  

8.  Lead Source Issues

  • Fixed how Primary and Secondary Lead Sources populate the Customer widget on the Customer Screen when retracted and/or expanded.
