Estimate Booked
When the Estimate is booked through the script, the lead is automatically moved to the Estimate booked category. Choose the next action based on the following developments:
Confirm Estimate: The office still needs to reach out to customer to confirm estimate.
Perform Estimate: Select this after estimate has been confirmed.
Follow Up Estimate: Select this after estimate has been performed.
