Dead Lead
Select this category to remove the lead from Lead Management.
There are nine categories to choose from:
Ready For Dead: This category is chosen when the office has run through the entire follow up process. This notifies the owner that it is ready for them to review before the final dead lead.
Price: This is chosen if the lead did not convert due to price.
Unreachable: This is chosen when the office has completed the follow up process without successfully reaching the lead.
Too Late Responding: This is chosen when lead has selected another company due to slowness in reaching out to lead.
Found Another Service: This is selected when the lead has selected another service provider.
Not Interested: Lead has decided to not go with Molly Maid.
Not Saleable: Lead is out of territory, service desired is not offered, or we cannot perform service for whatever reason.
None: When no reason is given for not choosing Molly Maid.
Unclosed Estimate Dead: Estimate was performed but lead did not select Molly Maid as the service provider.
