Feature/Enhancements:

 

1. O2R – Return Customer to Customer Status

  1. Leads in either O2R or Auto O2R with a next action 45 days ago will automatically be converted into a customer.
  2. A contact log entry like the one below will be inserted into the log.

2. Pulling Territory Shapes from NBLY

  1. Made improvements to CLEO map layers for those with multiple territories.

3. Customer Screen Change Log Additions

  1. Added change log for:
  • Payment is Deleted or Updated
  • Clean Cost, Clean Rate or Clean Times are changed.
  • Adjustment is Deleted or Updated

4.  Route Activity/Time Entry Order of Operations

  1. If Time Entry for an employee has 'Unrecorded Cleans' OR a member of that team has an 'Unrecorded Cleans', Time Entry will load with the 'lock' symbol closed. 
  2. If you attempt to unlock Employee Time Entry you will get a Yellow Toastr message, prompting you to do Route Activity first.

5. Customer Clean Widget Update

  1. The two prior cleans will now match the Route Activity for Arrive & Depart Times
  2. Upcoming Cleans that are 'After' the highlighted gold record will no longer display the following inaccurate information:
  • Arrival, TIH and Departure

 6.  Report Service Estimate Update

  1. Service Estimate has old information and an outdated look and feel and is no longer aligning with Molly Maids current standards. 

7. Nightly Process to Remove/Clean CC Data

  1. Neighborly Initiative to be PCI Compliant with storing Credit Card numbers in the software.  We are starting a nightly process to remove any stored credit card numbers that are stored in any note or contact log fields.
  2. We are using the same process we have used in the past looking for 15/16 digit numbers starting with 3, 4 or 5
  3. We are replacing the numbers with ####-####-####-####

Customer Opting out of Texting. 

1.  When consumer responds STOP to a text message from CLEO, we will begin to track this as of the release date.  This does not apply to consumers who have texted STOP before July 19.

  1. In the lead/customer Contact Information by a cell phone we have added:
    • Do Not Text:  This button will be checked and greyed out if the consumer has texted STOP.
    • Added an “i” Message:
    • Date Do Not Text:  This is the date the consumer texted STOP to CLEO
    • The only way to remove the check box and the date is for the consumer to text START to your Twilio number.A screenshot of a computer

  2. In Communications by a cell phone, we have added:
    • The following language in RED:   Text messages will not be sent to this number because it is flagged as “Do Not Text”.
  3. In TEXT Log, we have added:
    • The following language in RED:   Text messages will not be sent to this number because it is flagged as “Do Not Text”.
    • This will appear on any message that is attempted to be sent from CLEO while the consumer is opting out.

2.  When consumer responds START (after stop).

  1. In the lead/customer Contact Information by a cell phone:
    • Do Not Text:  This button will be unchecked. 
    • Date Do Not Text:  This is the date will be removed.
  2. In Communications by a cell phone
    • The language that was in RED will be removed.
  3. In TEXTLog:
    • The language in RED: “Text messages will not be sent to this number because it is flagged as “Do Not Text”, will stop appearing on messages after the START message has been received, but will stay on any message sent while the customer was opted out.

Bug Fixes:


1. Customer/Lead Screen: Multiple Service Address records when combining addresses.

  • Fixed a bug that was creating an additional service address when combining addresses (currently need to refresh after the merge)

2. Customer/Lead Screen: Attachments widget - Save Button Enabled Without Any Changes

  • Fixed the bug that was enabling the save button when there was no change.

3. Customer/Lead Screen: Prevent Duplicate Service Addresses

  • Fixed an error where a second submission of a lead or estimate on the website was creating a second service address.

4. Lead Screen: Lead (widget) > Collapsed View > Lead Source field is showing Secondary Source Name

  • Removed lead source from the customer/lead condensed widget view.

5. Lead Import: 500 error

  • Fixed the bug that was causing the 500 error when importing leads.

6. Texts Widget: Change in Customer's Name Is Not Updating Name in Texts

  • Fixed an error that was preventing the customer’s name from updating in the texting widget when updated in the lead/customer screen.

7. Texts Widget:  Adding Employee Option from Two Way Texting Causing Confusion and Issues

  • Removed the option of convert to employee.

8. Settings: Estimate Options: Going Blank When Switching between Zones

  • Fixed the bug that was causing the screen to go zero out pricing when switching between zones.

9. Settings: Edit Customer Communications: Error When Clicking Save (button)

  • Fixed an error that prevented the updates from being saved.

10. Scripting: OTC > Quick Quote for Estimates Calculation not working.   

  • Fixed the error that was causing the quick quote to not calculate an estimate.

11. Route Schedule: Add warning message when trying to create a clean for a Lead and not allow 'Saving' clean

  • When trying to add a lead to the schedule it will prompt you to convert lead to customer before allowing you to add it to the schedule.

12. Dashboard: Weekly Revenue Overview Widget:  Sort Order 

  • Fixed the bug that was causing the order of the weeks to be in a random order.

13. Report: Scheduling Error when trying to schedule a report with no employees specified for schedule. 

  • Added a friendly message when trying to schedule a report with no managers selected.

14. Report: "Customer Roster (Grid)" for Inactive Customers Timeout

  • Fixed an issue that was causing the Customer Roster Grid when inactive customers are selected.
  • Created a Customer Roster DevX report that can be emailed. 

15. Reports: Weekly Activity Statistics - By Site Changes

  • Fixed an issue where the Weekly Activity Statistics report could not be run if you had a default SITE in your employee record.

16. Report: Compensation Condensed Export - Pulling Employees w/ Inactive Frachise_Employee record

  • Fixed a bug that was causing employees with an inactive franchise employee record from appearing on the compensation export

17. Tags With [[Customer.CustomerNumber]] Are Not Pulling Data

  • Fixed a bug that was preventing the [[Customer.CustomerNumber]] tag from displaying

18. EOW Processing & Report: Employee Statistics - Number Terminated Employees is not always including Employees w/ a Terminated Date that falls within the date range of the EOW & Employee Statistics report.

  • Updated the End of Week to include all employees terminated during the week
  • Added an (i) note to define the terminated employee

19. End of Week: Route Activity -> Rounding Error

  • Fixed an error that was causing the clean price and the clean cost to calculate differently.

20. Employee Screen: Employee Options - Boolean values

  • You now have a drop down for True/False when editing the values.
