Franchise Setup: Create Customer Email with Images

You can create an email and include images in CLEO.  This is a two-part process and these instructions will help you include those images.

Part One: Add Images Into CLEO

Go to Settings: Franchise Setup

Click Options and Select Attachments

Franchise Attachments will open on the right side of the screen

Click the plus sign to add your image

Type: Email Images

Name: Describe what the Image is

Click: Select a File:  It will open a window for you to select your image

Once you click open, you will see the screen below and then click save.

When you click save, you will see the new attachment in your list.

Part Two: Add Images into Existing HTML EMail Template

Go to Settings: Franchise Setup

Find the HTML Email message template you want to add an image to and click the pencil in front of it.

The Message Template will open.  Once the template is open then you can add the images to the template where you want them.  Start by clicking the image button

After clicking the image button, you will select the image from the Image List, by following the instructions below
