Price Review Module
Items needed:
Stationary w/ logo Letter Head
Envelopes
Labels: Avery 5160 (3 across 10 down)
Step 1: Message Template
Go to CLEO>Settings>Message Templates
Make edits if needed.
Step 2: Go to Price Increase Module
Go to CLEO>Files>Price Increase
Step 3: Create Batch:
- Click Blue + button
- Batch Number Box: You have the option to customize your own Batch Number if desired
- Click Blue Save button
Step 4: Select Customers
- Select radial button for pricing review method:
- Amount
- Percent
- Working-Rate
Fill in the following boxes:
1) Working Rate Under: Leave Blank
2) No Price Increase in last # Months: Leave Blank
3) Frequency: Leave Blank so all frequencies will populate
4) Amount: Enter Working Rate $
5) First Clean Date From:
6) First Clean Date To:
7) Site: Main Site
- Click Blue Search button: Customers will populate
- Click box (to the left of NAME) on the Header Row to select customers
- Click Blue + button to add to batch
- Click Green check box to apply
Step 5: Edit Customers
Note: Gold bar w/ Batch number, the Customer count to be reviewed and Annualized Effect (Revenue)
Begin Customer review:
- Click Blue Edit button
- Review Price Adjustment Box and the Customer’s Info Box
- Determine if price increase is needed, enter increase in box under Custom Column
- Once adjustments have been completed, click Green Check Box
Step 6: Communicate and Implement
- Scroll down to bottom of page to enter price increase effective date
- Locate drop box for Template for Letters, select price increase letter
- Click on Blue Print Letters button
- PDF will appear, open to review
- Proof read each letter for proper punctuation, capitalization and spacing. Make any adjustments to the customer’s master
- Return to Print Letter button for a PDF with corrections
- Using the PDF print letters on stationary
- Click on Blue Print Labels button
- Labels will appear on PDF, open to print
Final Step
Double Check DATE in BOX for Implement Price Increase After this Date
Click Green $Implement Price Increase
