4.  Name the form and upload logo

If you have payment policies, you want customers to acknowledge you can add it under Optional Verbiage.

What you get from customer via an email from eProcessing Network. Customer will also get an email.

• Token ID is the same Transaction ID
• Last four of CC
• Get the token ID and paste into CLEO
