Things to Know: Anytime any changes are made prior to submitting results, the Get Results button must be clicked to update the Weekly Results and Royalties each time.
1. The Customer Activity panel lists total recurring appointments broken down by frequencies. Also displays occasional customers who don’t have a recurring appointment. Perm customers are the total count of weekly, alt weekly, three weekly, and monthly customers.
2. New recurring customers must have the initial box checked for their first appointment and the clean must occur in the week that is being posted for it to be counted as a perm add. This area gives the break down for weekly customer activity.
3. Personnel Activity gives a breakdown the number of employees each week. It also gives a breakdown of how many were hired and terminated.
4. The Lead Activity panel lists the number estimates on the calendar and tasks tab of CLEO. The Closes field counts any lead that was converted to a recurring customer. If you need to make any edits to Estimates and Closes, the Verify Results must be pressed first. Once you have clicked Verify Results, enter the new Estimate number and click the Save button to the right of the field. Then update the Closes number and click the Save button to the right of the field. This panel also gives a count of new leads that came in and the those that were assigned the dead lead status for the week.
5. Sales activity gives the number active routes, total cleans completed, and sales breakdown for the week with a YTD tally. Date Submitted information will not appear until the Submit Results button is clicked.
6. Royalty Calculations displays royalty and tech fee amounts and total remittance. Note the final royalty language in this box.

2. Click Get Results to populate the most up to date data and review.

1. Items listed in red indicate items that need your attention. Employees will become inactivated if termination date was inputted into their file prior to posting. They will have a check mark under the OK category to indicate we can continue with the posting.
2. Unrecorded cleans must be addressed. This means that the time in and out have not been recorded. You must go back to route activity and update the records or remove the cleans. Once updated, return to end of week, and click the Get Results and Verify Results button to make sure issues were addressed. If you click the OK without making any fixes, you will be charged royalties on these cleans and it cannot be fixed after the posting deadline.
3. Check to view each page of alerts.
1. Click the Submit Results button to Submit end of week royalties.*
2. End of week was successfully posted when the date and time stamp appear.
3. Click Print Submitted Results to generate a PDF of a copy of the submission.
1. Breaks down customer weekly activity and customer counts.
2. Lists all cleans and revenue generated.
3. Lists Estimate Activity and Personnel Activity
4. Displays royalty and tech fee submission for the week.
*Please note: As of September 25, 2024, CLEO tracks the elapsed time between when you first click Get Results and when you click Submit Results. If more than 15 minutes have occurred, you will see a popup informing you to restart the End of Week process. This means before you click Submit Results you need to first click Get Results, Verify Results, and then click Submit Results.
This reminder occurs after 15 minutes since users sometimes start the End of Week process, make necessary changes to cleans, employee records, etc. then come back after some time to the End of Week screen and click Submit Results without updating the data by starting on again on the left side and clicking Get Results and Verify Results. This can submit incorrect data to the Royalty Management System.
